Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and coverage reviews
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upgrade coverage
• Generate quotes for auto, home, and other insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and leads
• Support retention by delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
