Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
