Anderson Lee - State Farm Agent in the United States is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You help grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, improving lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
