Andrew Baudino - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations, grow the agency through customer relations, and serve as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.

You will help customers with insurance products, manage accounts, and collaborate with underwriters to issue policies, with a focus on service excellence and community impact.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
