In this role you will handle account maintenance, policy changes, claim follow-ups, and coordination with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, while delivering friendly, service-oriented support to our community.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
