Jeremiah Barnes State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success. You will help grow the office by building strong relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products, assist with policy changes and inquiries, and participate in claims processing and coordination with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Licenses: P & C / L & H required at start.

Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition is your primary focus
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
