Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Property & Casualty licenses required; Life & Health licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Identify sales opportunities within new and existing accounts and recommend relevant products and services.
