Wendell Chindra Agency, LLC is seeking an Account Representative to grow our customer base and support daily operations. You will act as a liaison between customers and agency departments, helping customers with product and service needs and promoting relevant offerings.

Responsibilities include developing leads, establishing relationships, and delivering prompt, friendly service to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
