As theQualifiedMedication Assistant (QMA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

  • Performingvarious resident care activities and related non-professional servicesnecessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of theresidents
  • Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
  • Documenting,on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities
  • Being flexiblein accepting changesin duty and assignment
  • Maintaining a safeworking environment and adhering to facility safetyprogram at all time s

The ideal candidate willpossess the following:

  • Be at least18 years of age
  • Mustbe certified (QMA)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%
  • Abilityto exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
