This role involves installing insulation materials in various industrial environments, often at heights or in challenging conditions. The ideal candidates will have several years of relevant experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of insulator experience.
• Ability to work from lifts, scaffolding, and ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime or modified schedule as required.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for project needs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Required to wear PPE at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes).
• Ability to use arms/hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push/pull objects and tools.
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds often and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Ability to work safely alone and as part of a team.
