Paylocity seeks an Insulation Supervisor to lead removal and installation projects, ensuring work meets specs, codes, and customer expectations. You will supervise teams, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality control while mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with Branch Managers and customers to align timelines, review materials, and uphold safety standards on diverse residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC or energy efficiency practices.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Insulation Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of residential, commercial, and industrial insulation projects. This position is responsible for supervising insulation removal and installation work, coordinating installation teams, and ensuring completed work meets project specifications, building codes, safety requirements, and customer expectations. The Insulation Supervisor is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical expertise, team leadership, attention to detail, and customer communication. You will work closely with Branch Managers, Customers, and installation teams to coordinate project timelines, maintain quality standards, and support successful project completion.
