Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking an enthusiastic Insulation/Utility Technician to service clients' homes with our energy-saving insulation treatments and pest control solutions. The role involves traveling to job sites, applying treatments, and maintaining insulation systems while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include inspecting properties, choosing appropriate treatment types, and communicating clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of pest or insulation-related work experience.
Ability to build positive relationships and communicate value clearly.
Ability to analyze pest activity and implement an effective action plan; follow servicing protocols.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Valid driver's license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Service customers' homes professionally and satisfactorily.
Inspect properties to determine treatment type.
Identify invading pests and apply treatments as needed.
Apply chemical solutions, powders, and granules near surfaces to eliminate pests.
Install, repair, and maintain insulation systems.
Follow safety procedures for application and re-entry.
Keep service vehicles organized, professional, and clean.
Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene; build relationships with clients.
Strive to exceed client expectations and advise on prevention.
Participate in training opportunities to meet licensing requirements.
