Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking an enthusiastic Utility Technician to service our clients' homes with leading-edge products and a positive customer experience. The role covers insulation treatments, mosquitoes, bed bugs, termites, and more.

You will travel to job sites to inspect for pest problems, apply treatments, and install insulation, while maintaining safety and strong client communication. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in construction work or insulation work.
• Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate value to customers.
• Able to analyze pest control activity, explain and implement an effective plan of action.
• Ability to learn and follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions and powders.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• A valid driver's license, authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Service customers' homes in a professional and satisfactory manner.
• Inspect the property and determine the treatment type.
• Identify invading pests.
• Apply chemical solutions, powders, and granules on or near surfaces to eliminate pests.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation systems.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed for application and re-entry.
• Keep service vehicles organized, professional, clean, and compliant with regulations.
• Build positive relationships with clients and strive to exceed expectations.
• Participate in training to meet licensing requirements.
