Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years or more of experience in the refining or petrochemical industry required.
• Experience coordinating insulation maintenance and contractor oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate insulation maintenance, repairs, and replacements safely and cost-effectively.
• Act as primary contact for insulation contractors and field teams.
• Review contractor labor hours and material usage for cost control.
• Conduct safety audits and participate in toolbox talks.
• Use maintenance management systems to plan and document work.
• Lead meetings with insulation contractors to review performance and scheduling.
