Job summary

Tindell's Building Materials in Knoxville, Tennessee is looking for an Insulation Installation Specialist to join our installation crew. The position starts with training pay at $20.00 per hour, then shifts to $18.00 per hour base plus production pay, with weekly pay.

You will install fiberglass batts, blown-in, spray-in insulation, and vapor barriers, perform prep work, manage materials and safety checks, and log time and quantities for production tracking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, physically capable of installation work.
• Commitment to safety procedures and accurate documentation.
• Reliable team player able to assist across yard, warehouse or job site.
• Must be 21+ with F endorsement on license or ability to obtain one; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential and commercial insulation work, including fiberglass batts, blown-in, spray-in, and vapor barriers.
• Prepare and protect by foaming, caulking, fireproofing, installing baffles, and sealing joist spaces.
• Manage operations and fleet by loading/unloading materials, safety checks, and inventory.
• Accurately log time, square footage installed, and inventory used for production tracking.
