Job summary

TopBuild Corp. installer position involves installing insulation and a variety of home improvement products at multiple job sites in the Belton, TX area. You will follow work orders and safety guidelines while planning daily routes and ensuring materials and tools are ready.

The role requires local travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and paid leave are provided.

• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Complete any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned.

Position Overview

This Installer position involves installing insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by TruTeam.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Plan daily work schedule, ensuring truck is loaded with products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Complete any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned.

Travel Requirements

Local and out‑of‑town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
