Job summary

TruTeam in Richmond, VA is seeking an Installer to handle the full scope of installing insulation and related building materials. You will review daily schedules, load trucks with all necessary products and tools, and ensure site safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required for local travel and site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license required for operating company vehicle.
• Safety-conscious with ability to perform jobsite inspections and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install company products per work orders, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with required products, tools and equipment.
• Conduct vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
