Job summary

Insulation Commandos is seeking a residential insulation installer who thrives in a team-focused, disciplined environment. You will remove and install insulation in attics, crawlspaces, and walls, using blown-in and batt techniques, while maintaining safety and quality.

You’ll start and finish shifts from the Alpharetta shop and contribute to a culture that values reliability and effort. The role emphasizes physical fitness, dependability, and a willingness to work in hot attic spaces.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Team-first mindset and strong work ethic.
• Insulation experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove insulation (blown-in, batt, etc.) in attics, crawlspaces, and walls.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and confidently.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate clearly with crew members and customers.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Your Role:

• Insulation removal and installation (blown-in, batt, etc.) in attics, crawlspaces, and walls
• Operate tools and equipment with confidence and care
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and mission-ready
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members and customers
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines without cutting corners

What It Takes:

• Start and end the day at our shop in Alpharetta
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in tight or elevated spaces
• Willingness to work in the heat of an attic
• A team-first mindset, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Punctuality, reliability, and pride in doing the job right
• Experience in insulation, crawlspaces, encapsulation, HVAC, construction, etc. is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
