Job summary

Momper Insulation Fort Wayne is seeking an Insulation Installer to join our team. The role focuses on installing insulation (fiberglass or rock wool) for exterior walls and ceilings across various sites, with an emphasis on practical, hands-on work.

Responsibilities include loading materials, following safety protocols, erecting scaffolding, cutting and installing insulation, and sometimes driving a company vehicle. Strong safety awareness and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with insulation installation is a plus.
• Comfort using standard hand tools.
• Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading and logging materials onto a truck.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed.
• Cut insulation to size and install in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces.
• Install insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, or using equipment for loose-fill or foamed insulation.
• May drive a company vehicle and maintain tools/truck.
• Observe job site safety rules and MSDS locations.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
