Job summary

Accurate Insulation of Upper Marlboro is seeking a hardworking installer to join our crew. You will load materials, set up ladders or scaffolding, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. Training is provided and safety procedures are followed on every job site.

You will work with a small crew led by a foreman in varying conditions, with a focus on quality and teamwork. A valid driver’s license may be required for some tasks and transportation is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding.
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation.
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean.
• Follow all job site safety procedures.
