Accurate Insulation is seeking an on-site insulation installer to join a small crew. You will load materials, set up ladders, cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces, and operate equipment required for foam or loose-fill insulation.
You will drive a company vehicle when needed, follow safety procedures, and work with a foreman to complete projects on time. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Full-time | Steady work | Room to move up | Pay Range: $45K to $75K depending on experience
You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.
After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.
You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.

This is active, hands‑on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
