Job summary

Alpine Insulation is seeking a full-time insulation installer in Wisconsin. You’ll start early, meet at the shop or head to job sites, load materials, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.

Safety procedures and proper equipment are in place as you work until the job is finished. You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use hand tools and follow safety procedures.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces or at heights.
• Construction or installation experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks
• Set up ladders or scaffolding
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean
• Follow all job site safety procedures
