Alpine Insulation is seeking a hands-on installer to join a small crew in Wisconsin. You will load materials, set up ladders, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. Training is provided, and safety procedures are strictly followed on every job site.
You will work early hours with a foreman, in varied conditions, and have opportunities to advance as you prove reliability and skill with hand tools and equipment.

What Your Day Looks Like
You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.
After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.

This is active, hands-on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
