Job summary

Expert Insulation of Minnesota LLC in Rochester, MN is seeking an Experienced fiberglass and spray foam installer to join a small crew. You will load materials, set up ladders, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics and crawlspaces, following safety procedures.

We offer steady full-time work with room to move up. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience, and benefits include medical, life, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacation, plus growth

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Construction or installation experience (training available).
  • Comfortable using hand tools.
  • Able to work in tight spaces and at heights.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods.
  • Driver's license may be required for some tasks.
  • Some assignments require a valid driver's license.
  • Motor vehicle report acceptable if operating a company vehicle.

Experienced fiberglass and spray foam installer needed.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.

After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

You’ll be part of a small crew. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.
If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites


The Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect)

Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders. The role requires working in confined spaces, crawling, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools. An insulation installer must also be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, while adhering to safety standards.
