Job summary

Snelling is seeking an Insulation Installer to join our on-site team in a full-time role. The position involves installing insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas, measuring and cutting materials to fit, and using various tools to secure installations.

Applicants should be comfortable working in tight spaces and in environments that may be hot, dusty, or cold, and must follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with insulation installation is beneficial.
• Ability to read basic instructions and follow specifications.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE discipline.

• Follow blueprints, work orders, and installation instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Schedule: M-F 7AM- 4PM

Pay: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, attics, floors, and other designated areas.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to the required size.
• Install fiberglass, foam, blown-in, or other types of insulation according to project specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, secure, and install insulation.
• Seal gaps, cracks, and openings to improve energy efficiency.
