Job summary

Thermapro Insulation LLC in Lexington, VA is seeking experienced insulation installers to join our team. Candidates with construction experience are preferred, but we will train those willing to work hard and take pride in their craft.

You will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation in walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces, and manage paperwork and material records for each job. We offer full- and part-time roles with pay based on experience.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking to Hire Experienced Insulation Installers to join our company.
While candidates with construction experience are preferred, we will train any person who is willing to work hard and take pride in your craft.
In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.

Insulation Installer Requirements and Qualifications

We have positions available for Foreman, Crew lead, Spray foam techs, Spray foam helpers, Batt Installers, Fiberglass work, ETC.

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
