Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while adhering to quality standards and project specifications.

The role involves measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation, sealing gaps, and ensuring proper ventilation in attics and walls. Physical work includes navigating tight spaces and lifting up to 60 pounds, with overtime opportunities and potential for growth into Tech II or Crew Lead roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Measure and cut materials to fit specifications and blueprints.
• Seal insulation and ensure proper coverage and ventilation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate company vehicles where eligible and follow driving safety policies.
