Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• State ID certificate is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial/construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coordination of workers on construction projects.
• Manage onsite equipment fleet and materials.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and supervise craftsmen and subcontractors.
• Plan logistics, schedules, and daily work plans to meet targets and budgets.
• Ensure safety, conduct Tool Box and JHA Safety Meetings; enforce safety policies.
• Log daily activity, manage QA/QC inspections, and ensure quality of work.
