Job summary

BrandSafway seeks an Insulation Foreman in the Cedar Bayou area to lead a crew of 8–15 workers, manage field take-offs, material requisitions, and logistics, and ensure safe, on-time project completion. The role emphasizes pre-job planning and strong supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Safety Essentials training required.
• Level 2 Background Check and DISA UA Drug & Alcohol Testing required.
• TWIC card is not required; additional medical testing may be required based on trade and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct field personnel to complete work safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure work is performed per the scope of work and quality standards.
• Serve as front-line contact for safety, QA/QC, and awareness of hazardous conditions.
