Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials in Puyallup, WA is seeking an Operator to produce Poly-ISO Insulation to published specifications. The role involves operating the foam head, processing chemicals, and reading gauges and meters to ensure quality and efficiency.

The position is on a 40-hour workweek with overtime as required, across 3 shifts. We offer time off, healthcare options, retirement benefits, and ongoing training for employees.

Qualifications

• Experience reading gauges, meters, and tape measures.
• Knowledge of processing specifications and production equipment.
• Ability to calculate output square feet, sheet length, and linear feet.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain foam head area.
• Check temperature and fluid level of head part cleaner.
• Prepare and change head parts, nozzles and injectors.
• Maintaining head parts and associated equipment.
• Produce product to specification using run logs.
• Assist in training of new team members.
• Fill in other plant areas as required.
• Communicate with supervisor on start-up and production run.
