Job summary

Unified Home Solutions is seeking an experienced insulation crew lead to stay hands-on while taking ownership of projects across Northeast Ohio. You will lead a 2–3 person crew, report to the Kent shop, and travel to job sites in a company vehicle.

The role emphasizes hands-on insulation installation, crew leadership, and adherence to safety and quality standards on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on insulation experience.
• Experience leading or directing a small field crew.
• Working knowledge of construction job-site practices.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools and related installation equipment.
• Ability to lead a 2–3 person crew and follow project specs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2–3 person insulation crew on residential and commercial projects.
• Report to the Kent shop before traveling to job sites in a company vehicle.
• Perform hands-on insulation installation with your crew.
• Organize daily field activities and keep projects moving efficiently.

• Pay: 24–30 per hour, based on experience

• Full-Time: Approximately 31–40 hours per week

• Schedule: 8-hour workdays; start and end times vary by project

• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40

What You’ll Need

• Ability to perform hands-on field work while directing a 2–3 person crew

• Ability to follow project specifications and job-site safety procedures

• Ability to maintain quality and productivity throughout each project

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements

• Ability to report to the Kent shop and travel to job sites throughout Northeast Ohio

• Ability to work varying start and end times based on project needs

• Ability to work overtime when available
