Job summary

Apache Industrial Services is seeking a Craftsman A to support insulation installation and general site tasks. The role involves removal, fitting, and application of insulation materials, loading and unloading, mobilization, and coordination with the Field Foreman.

Applicants must be able to work in extreme weather, lift and operate hand tools and equipment, and follow safety policies. This on-site position offers steady field work with varied sites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and work in confined spaces with breathing equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
• Help carpenters, masons, and other contractors clean up the work area, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Work unsupervised in an efficient and effective manner.
• Communicate with the Field Foreman on issues and concerns at the job site.
• Ensure work continues in the Foreman’s absence.
• Comply with Apache and client safety policies and programs.
• Load and deliver materials and use tools such as blowtorches, forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
