Job summary

Hoffmann Brothers in Nashville is seeking an Insulation & Air Quality Apprentice to join our growing team. You will support the installation of blown-in attic insulation and residential duct cleaning, learning hands-on techniques under an experienced Lead Installer.

This entry point offers a clear path to advancement as you gain skills and take on more responsibility. You will collaborate with coordinators and dispatchers to ensure smooth service, while following OSHA guidelines and safety

Qualifications

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in attics/crawl spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn a hands-on trade.
• Willingness to take direction and work closely as part of a two-person crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with blown-in attic insulation installation.
• Assist with whole-home duct cleaning and operate vacuum/agitator equipment under supervision.
• Prepare job sites, protect customer property, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
