This entry-level role offers a clear path to advancement to Lead Installer as experience grows, with close collaboration with coordinators and dispatchers to ensure seamless service execution.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in construction, trades, or general labor.
• Willingness to learn insulation installation and duct cleaning techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn a hands-on trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with blown-in attic insulation installation.
• Assist with whole-home duct cleaning and equipment setup.
• Prepare job sites by protecting property and maintaining a clean, safe area.
• Carry, stage, and organize materials and tools to and from job sites.
• Assist with attic inspections noting ventilation issues and moisture concerns.
