Job summary

Superior Essex Communications is seeking an Insulating Operator to run Tandem Insulating machines for drawing, insulating, and spooling copper wire. You will follow standard procedures to ensure insulated wire meets physical specifications.

Responsibilities include setting up lines, loading bobbins, monitoring online measurements, and completing paperwork and data entry accurately. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of solid work experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year solid work experience.
• Ability to start/stop machinery and perform line setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate insulating lines and ancillary equipment per procedures.

• Read product/process data and online measuring equipment for quality.
