Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lift heavy loads for long periods of time.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make minor adjustments and repairs to machines.
• Set up control panel for speed and footage.
• Determine which type of rod to use (single input rod).
• Be responsible for making the proper string-ups.
• Responsible for completing daily production reports.
• Must be able to work under supervision and maintain ongoing communication with the supervisor and peers through verbal instruction and reports.
• Put scrap into the designated scrap bins.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
