Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations at our Arizona facility. You will oversee hourly staff, coordinate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain, and drive safe, on-time delivery while achieving quality targets.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of OSHA/compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including internships.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production metrics, and workflow optimization.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, technical problem solving and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA and quality compliance standards/systems.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Supervise hourly production staff, manage workload and staffing.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to maintain an efficient and safe manufacturing environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation including shift reports and production records.
Support development for future operations leaders through planned development opportunities.
