Job summary

As a subject matter expert in instrument functional performance, you will escalate issues and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning and Purchasing to ensure

Qualifications

• AA degree in mechatronics or a relevant field with related troubleshooting exposure.
• Ability to support testing for moderately complex instruments and meet quality standards.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety policies to ensure compliant production.

Responsibilities

• Capable to build, integrate, and understand the entire assembly process for instruments.
• Proficient on test instructions for at least 1 moderately complex instrument including functional testing.
• Analyze results to determine pass/fail and provide solutions for failures.
• Identify defects and suggest design or process improvements; read drawings and work instructions.
• Complete production activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations for safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning and Purchasing as needed.
• Perform standard material handling for instrument raw materials and sub-assemblies.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow GMP procedures.
