Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 4 years of post-degree instrumentation engineering experience in a refinery or chemical plant.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Travel up to 5% per year.
• Ability to work on 9/80 or 4/1 schedules.
• Relocation may be available.

Responsibilities

• Execute instrumentation projects aligning with refinery objectives, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.
• Apply project management across development, justification, design, construction, and start-up.
• Provide instrumentation technical support to operating units and capital projects; act as project engineer on small projects.
• Manage multiple projects safely, within budget; develop schedules and mitigate delays.
• Perform instrumentation design, datasheet development, and procurement requisitions.
