Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrumentation projects from quote through delivery, focusing on aerothermal rakes and probes.
• Develop engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
• Create detailed quotes using BOMs and external quotes, reviewed with management.
• Maintain BOMs and track project profitability using ERP data.
• Manage project schedule and cost; communicate status to customers and departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials, certifications, and on-time delivery.
