Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience with instrumentation in one or more of the listed industries.
• Experience with oil and gas, petrochemicals/chemical manufacturing, power generation, water and wastewater treatment, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or manufacturing.
• Understanding of feedback, cascade, ratio, and feedforward control strategies.
• PID tuning and process analysis.
• Industry-standard instrumentation software.
• Calibration of various manufacturing instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high quality instruction and facilitate learning for students.
• Develop course syllabi and instructional plans; organize daily classes with diverse techniques.
• Maintain student records and safe instructional environment; ensure safety and equipment integrity.
• Engage in student advisement and coordinate with Student Success for retention.
• Participate in program recruitment and promotion activities and related tours.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; be flexible with evening, weekend, or summer assignments.
