Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an Instrumentation Technician – Intermediate to support the safe, reliable operation of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, analyzer, measurement, control, and automation systems within ONEOK’s Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) segment.

This on-site role in Lemont, IL installs, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs and calibrates equipment including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, transmitters, VFDs and switchgear.

Qualifications

Associate degree or certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience with instrumentation and electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and maintain instrumentation/electrical systems.
Maintain SCADA, DCS, PLC systems and related equipment.
Prepare maintenance records, safety/environmental reports, and drawings.
Respond to safety or equipment concerns and participate in on-call rotation.
