Job summary
Pilgrim’s is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and control systems across the facility. You will support production reliability, implement PM practices, and advance control-system capabilities.
You will mentor operators and technicians, lead troubleshooting, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to drive safety and efficiency. A strong electrical background and certifications are required.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED; electrical certifications desirable.
- Industrial electrical experience required; 2–4 years in manufacturing environment; PLC troubleshooting and schematic reading.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems.
- Train operators and maintenance technicians on equipment functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
