The Instrumentation Development Engineer I designs, develops, and improves measurement systems, ensuring they meet quality and accuracy requirements. This role combines engineering technical expertise with creativity to ensure functionality, efficiency, and innovation. The Instrumentation Development Engineer I interfaces with the larger engineering team, covering manufacturing operations and research and development projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles, product lifecycle, and design software. Communicating Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding, taking into account the unique needs of different audiences. Analytical Thinking - Tackling a problem by using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach. Problem Solving - Defining a problem, determining the cause, identifying, prioritizing and selecting alternatives for a solution, and implementing a solution. Project Management - Applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage and meet project requirements.
