JT4, LLC seeks an Instrumentation Design Engineer II to design, develop, test and sustain software, electronic, and mechanical systems for aerospace programs. You will work as part of a team to meet program requirements and deadlines.

The position requires a BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution or an MS in Engineering, plus two years of related experience, and proficiency with SolidWorks. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Engineering and two years of related engineering experience or an accredited MS in Engineering.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform design, development, analysis, or review tasks under project deadlines.
• Plan engineering steps and resolve problems using standard practices.
• Prepare design specifications for complex projects and documentation.
• Conduct literature searches to gather technical information.
• Conduct equipment research using computer-assisted methods.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations for design reviews.
• Act as liaison for design reviews and working group meetings.
