  Junior Level

  You have hands‑on I&C experience and a solid technical foundation but are still developing your ability to independently execute more complex field assignments.

  Senior Level

  You bring significant hands‑on I&C experience and can independently troubleshoot systems, perform calibration and testing, support or lead commissioning activities, work directly with clients, and help guide developing technicians.

  Technical degrees, trade‑school education, military technical training, apprenticeships, and industry certifications are valued, but practical I&C experience is required.

  Hands‑on I&C experience is a requirement for this position. We’re looking for candidates who have worked directly with instrumentation and control systems in industrial, utility, manufacturing, or similar environments and are prepared to apply that experience on client projects.
