Jobot seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for control strategies, hardware/software, instrument selection, and electrical power distribution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in electrical engineering with 8+ years in instrumentation/controls, proven leadership, and hands-on PLC/SCADA/DCS, HMI programming, and cable routing expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 8+ years in instrumentation/controls engineering.
• Experience leading a group of engineers.
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution for commercial systems.
• Expertise in control systems design (PLC/SCADA/DCS/DAQ).
• Programming PLC/SCADA/HMI and cable routing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of I&C and electrical engineers.
• Oversee control strategies, hardware/software, and instrument selection.
• Manage electrical power distribution and installation.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover and licensing bases.
• Ensure safety, quality and licensing compliance.
