Job summary

Automationtechies in Addison, Texas is looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join their engineering team. This position involves controls design, instrumentation selection, and project engineering throughout the equipment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, develop technical specifications, and support manufacturing and commissioning of custom equipment packages. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting design of packaged process equipment.
• Strong understanding of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Experience with industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and define instrumentation requirements.
• Develop technical specifications for control system suppliers.
• Design complete instrumentation and control systems.
