• Maintain student records and assess musical growth.
• Travel between two buildings daily to provide consistent instruction.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment where students can succeed.
• Engage all students during class.
• Implement behavior policies and bullying prevention.
• Structure standards-based lessons connecting music to environments.
• Evaluate progress with varied assessments.
