Job summary

Celerion is seeking an Instrument Scientist to join our Dose Formulation team at our Lincoln, NE facility. In this lab-based role, you\'ll execute analytical tests to ensure compounds from our in-house pharmacy meet specifications for clinical research trials and support dose formulation testing.

You will develop chromatographic methods, perform calibrations and maintenance, and collaborate with senior scientists to optimize instrument ruggedness and workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet testing timelines.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytical tests to ensure dose formulation compounds meet specifications.
• Develop chromatographic methods and validate performance.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of results and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior scientists to improve workflows and data quality.
